You might be surprised how happy you can feel after singing from the heart for a few hours.
I invite singers at all levels to learn these beautiful chants and songs,
inspired by the poetry of Sr. Macrina Wiederkehr from her book, Seven Sacred Pauses.
In this relaxed six-hour retreat, we will sing music for seven times of day and night,
as heard on my recent CDs, Seven Sacred Pauses and Take Heart.
We will take the time to contemplate in silence what
the “spirit of the hours” means at this moment in our lives.
